RacecardHub (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates racecardhub.com. We are registered in England and Wales. If you have any questions, email privacy@racecardhub.com.

2. What data we collect

• Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics 4.
• Advertising identifiers for non-personalised or personalised ads served by Google Ad Manager.
• Contact details you voluntarily send us (e.g., email enquiries).

3. Cookies & consent

We use Google Consent Mode v2. By default, ad-storage and analytics-storage cookies are set to “denied”. When you click “Accept” on our cookie banner we update consent to “granted”. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in our footer.

4. How we use your data

• Improve site performance and user experience.
• Serve ads to fund free access to our racecards.
• Respond to your enquiries.

5. Data retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Ad impression data is retained by Google Ad Manager per their policies. We delete email enquiries after 12 months.

Under UK & EU GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@racecardhub.com.

7. Third-party services

Our site embeds scripts from Google (Ad Manager, Analytics). These providers may process data in the EU, UK and the United States. View Google’s privacy policy here.
